Visha Kudhail

Visha Kudhail is a Marketing and Business Leader based in London. She is Marketing Director, UK, at Square, the global fintech company. Previously, she was Director of Business Marketing, EMEA, at Pinterest, where she led marketing for business audiences across Europe and drove the company's positioning and awareness in the region. Before that, Visha worked at Google on YouTube Ads marketing, later leading industry brand and reputation for both Google and YouTube in the UK. She began her career at Thinkbox, the marketing body for commercial TV, where she spent twelve years leading TV campaigns, large-scale events, and cross-industry initiatives.

Visha is a 2013 WACL Future Leaders Award winner and co-founded the FUTURES Network in 2015 to connect and support female leaders across industries. She is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, launching Pinterest's EMEA chapter of Women@ in 2020 before becoming the global Exec Sponsor for the group. She continues to champion initiatives that celebrate diverse communities and is a frequent contributor on topics including technology, creativity, leadership, and marketing.

She holds several advisory and board positions, including Advisory Board Member for OK Mentor, Committee Board Member for Soho House, and Development Advisory Board Member for Somerset House. In 2024 she was appointed Chair of The DMA Media Council.

Her work has been widely recognised, including BIMA 100's Champion for Change in 2021, Best Marketing Leader at the 2022 Global Women in Marketing Awards, and a shortlisting as Advocate of the Year at the 2024 Women in IT Awards.

As a podcaster, speaker, and thought contributor, Visha has appeared on leading industry stages including DMEXCO, Cannes Lions, and Advertising Week Europe. She regularly speaks on podcasts and contributes articles on media, technology, and marketing.
