Niki Garner is Director of ITV Creative.  Niki is a passionate believer in the unique relationship an in-house creative agency can foster with its marketing team and the wider business, in order to build brands and connect with audiences. She loves developing great talent, championing ambitious ideas and creating work that has a genuine cultural impact. In 2025, Niki was named In-House Agency Leader of the Year at the Campaign In-House Agency Awards. She is thrilled to be judging this year's awards and celebrating the brilliant people, and the work being produced by in-house teams across the industry.
