As Head of Creative and Production at Shelter, Leanne leads the charity's in-house creative team, developing bold, purpose-driven campaigns that help tackle the housing emergency.  She has led multidisciplinary teams to create single-minded, behaviour-changing work that pushes creative boundaries while delivering meaningful impact. She believes the best creative work comes from working hard, being kind and using creativity to make a meaningful difference.
