Katie was named Chief Marketing Officer of Channel 4 in July 2024, taking on responsibility for Marketing, Brand, Media & Communications following a brief tenure as Interim CMO. She first joined Channel 4 in July 2022, appointed as Managing Director of award-winning in-house agency 4creative, tasked with continuing their mission to produce bold, innovative, and culturally potent work that builds on the channel's unique remit. Prior to joining Channel 4, Katie rose to Chief Operating Officer at Omnicom's TBWA\London overseeing operations, Client management, talent and culture, and sat on the Omniwomen UK + Allies UK Committee for two years running. During her tenure, the agency saw its highest ever Client satisfaction scores, collected a Cannes Grand Prix and multiple accolades for its work across categories, grew its balance sheet and was awarded Best Agency Culture. Prior to joining TBWA\London, Katie ran WPP shop Grey London's flagship M&S retail business and had stints at Leagas Delaney, Y&R and indie agency Brothers & Sisters, as well as a period at womenswear brand ME+EM as their Head of Marketing. She is also a founding member of Ovarian Cancer Action's Next Generation Women's Collective, spearheading work recognised by Creative Circle, amongst others, for the charity, and a member of WACL and MGGB.
