Sureserve
Sureserve
Built as a five-person in-house agency, the team transformed marketing from a support function into a strategic growth engine. It led the One Sureserve brand transition, developed innovative propositions such as Healthy Homes Check, and delivered integrated campaigns spanning events, digital, content, webinars, social media and business development support.
The team also established a sector-leading thought leadership platform through the publication of Delivering Warm Homes, Collaborating on Green Skills and Back in Control, creating industry discussion around fuel poverty, retrofit, workforce development, Awaab's Law and proactive maintenance. These programmes led to parliamentary engagement, roundtables, major conference speaking opportunities and stronger relationships with housing providers across the UK.
The results have been significant. The team grew Sureserve's marketing database from zero to 3,749 contacts and generated 1,611 marketing leads in FY26 year-to-date, already 61% ahead of the previous full year. Campaign activity contributed £500,000 in turnover, generated a £1m sales-qualified opportunity and helped identify opportunities worth up to £8m. All while working with a minimal B2B budget.
Independent market research now ranks Sureserve as the second most recognised brand in its category, demonstrating the impact of a small team delivering big results.
