Pearson Creative Team

Pearson and Paragon Works Global Studios

Paragon’s in-house team is the ‘secret weapon’ powering Pearson’s global creative. That’s how the world’s largest education and learning company describes the partnership less than a year after launch. Stakeholder sentiment scores 94% for ease of working endorse a model praised for flexibility and collaboration. Together, we’ve built an integrated creative operation at the heart of Pearson’s marketing and communications ecosystem – with 20 roles in project management, design, motion graphics, video, QA and operations supporting multiple Pearson business units. Our landmark achievement in the first six months was implementing Pearson’s new global brand across approximately 200 countries – but Pearson also wanted to rationalise a complex multi-agency model to provide better control, efficiency and creative excellence. We combined a UK-based team responsible for creative leadership, stakeholder management, quality assurance and brand governance with an offshore hub in Chennai delivering design production, adaptation and rollout services. Between January and April 2026, we completed nearly 500 briefs and delivered over 6,000 hours of creative services to more than 100 Pearson stakeholders around the world – videos, social assets, event collateral, brochures, presentations and infographics. However, the relationship is founded on both quality and quantity, in which Paragon are entrusted with briefs requiring optimum creative execution. Today, our in-house team creates a more consistent brand experience but also helps Pearson achieve better commercial outcomes. Our global creative engine signals a new future for in-house agencies – no longer a ‘resource’ but a partnership delivering exceptional creative and meaningful transformation at scale.
