Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe


This past year has been amazing for Bandai Namco Europe, with massive hits like Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO and Elden Ring Nightreign among others. And these releases coincided with the full blossoming of our in-house Creative/Digital Agency. This resulted in incredible brand cases for us, with 360° campaigns crafted from A to Z, at an EMEA but also WW level. Campaigns that challenged us, made us sweat, made us grow, made us evolve, and ultimately, made us proud!

Things accelerated really fast for the team and every day came with its new challenges, products to cover, and teams to partner with. We are big company, with a lot of different Brands, rules, licensors, stakeholders, and departments (Licensing, Events, Marketing, Sales, subsidiaries etc.). Mix all that with all of EMEA's market complexity (countries, languages, ratings, cultures...) and you get a Content Tsunami that can easily break even the most robust teams. Yet with the full team's hard work, meticulous organisation & diverse expertise, we made it out alive, stronger, and with a lot to show!

Learning recently about the existence of the In-House Agency Awards & Event made me super excited, as this has basically been at the core of my entire career. Starting in advertising agencies, to creating my own Digital Creative agency for 5 years, to finally shifting on the Company side and building a similar structure in-house. Leading me here today, submitting our work for this prestigious award!
