Nicky Russell

Nicky is Managing Partner and co-founder of WDC, a change management consultancy specialising in creative and marketing operations. She chairs the Henry Stewart Creative Operations Conference, widely recognised as Europes leading authority in Creative Operations and co-founded the In-House Agency Leaders Club, championing excellence across the in-house creative community. Recognised as an IPA Woman of Tomorrow in 2016, Nicky is known for challenging convention, driving business transformation, and creating opportunities for underrepresented talent. Her career spans agency leadership and entrepreneurship, including serving as COO of Anomaly during a period of rapid growth and award-winning creative success.
