Neill Torbit

Neill Torbit is Head of Brand Design and Creative at Rightmove, where he heads up the internal brand studio and oversees group brand strategy. He's spent a lot of his career working in or building in-house creative teams, setting up studios at both cinch and BritBox, and before that, a decade at Sky's creative agency. He's passionate about proving that in-house teams can produce genuinely brilliant, effective creative work, and is particularly interested in finding smarter and more effective ways of working, including the role AI can play. He also co-chairs ISBA's AI Steering Group, helping shape responsible AI adoption across UK advertising.
