He is currently Regional Creative Director for The Kitchen EU & UK, Kraft Heinz’s in-house creative studio network, leading creative across multiple European markets. Before that, he was Global Executive Creative Director at The&Partnership, where he helped build and shape a large-scale social and content offering for global brands.
Johann’s work sits somewhere between brand thinking, internet behaviour, sport, participation and the useful kind of nonsense that people actually remember. He is interested in ideas that can live beyond a deck: ideas that can be posted, argued with, shared, written about, misunderstood slightly, and still make the brand more interesting.
Across agency and in-house environments, Johann has led creative teams, senior client rooms and the occasional meeting that probably should have been an email. His focus is on making brave work feel clear enough to survive the process, sharp enough to travel, and human enough to matter."
