Dayoung Yun

A Korean-born American and British creative director, Dayoung started her career at one of the most awarded agencies, Crispin Porter + Bogusky. She spent over a decade at CP+B creating work that won prestigious D&AD Pencils and Cannes Lions, eventually relocating to London in 2013 to help launch the agency's EMEA office and lead the Mondelēz account. Following this, she brought her leadership to other top-tier creative shops, including Mother, Pablo, and R/GA. In 2022, Dayoung joined VML to lead global accounts, New Balance, Diageo, and Wendy's. Her Wendy's "Camden Makeover" campaign resulted in over 2 billion earned impressions and marked the most successful new store launch in the UK. In 2024, Dayoung made the leap in-house to YouTube Creative Studio, leading global communication for YouTube's reputational work across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC, and designing its role in shaping a responsible future for media and fast-evolving technology.
